Another Look At The SpeedKore Performance 1650 HP "Tantrum"
SpeedKore Performance Group ‘Tantrum’ 1970 Dodge Charger
This is SpeedKore’s incredible 1970 Dodge Charger inspired restomod called the “Tantrum.” The Wisconsin shop SpeedKore is known in the restoration world for its inspiring 1970 Plymouth Barracuda which they built for the “Furious” franchise. Tantrum was a project SpeedKore undertook to further present their abilities to create functional art by combining forward-thinking engineering with classic design. Let’s just say that this isn’t your grandpa’s Charger.
Designer Sean Smith perfectly blended the worlds of modern and classic when he put pen to paper and designed Tantrum. The custom aluminum frame is more spaceship than classic car, but that’s what makes Tantrum stand out from your normal restomod. The attention to detail and “no expense spared” ethos shows that SpeedKore is distancing themselves from the pack.
